One of my biggest hopes for San Saba County is that our young adults see a future here. Too many of our brightest graduates leave because they don’t see opportunity, stability, or long-term growth in local government work or public service careers.
We can change that.
By strengthening financial accountability, supporting better workforce practices, and ensuring our county is an appealing and professional place to work, we can:

✔ build stability within county offices
✔ create pride in serving our community
